Cheri Quinton

Cheri Quinton B.App.Sc, M.Ost, PGCert H.Sc (acupuncture)

Cheri became passionate about osteopathy after seeing the successful treatment of a family member and as part of her competitive swimming background she developed an interest in all things musculoskeletal.  Cheri’s masters thesis concerned the reliability and validity of an exercise  measurement scale  used in running, and she is currently finalising this for publication.  Cheri is an Aucklander now living in Whangaparoa where she can be found  spending her leisure time in and on the water.

Tony Howat

Tony Howat B.App.Sc, M.Ost, PGCert H.Sc (acupuncture)

Tony found his passion for osteopathy after many years training in martial arts.  He has added to his qualifications with western medical acupuncture and now finds application for his skills with the elderly, the weekend warrior and with children.  Tony is a strong believer in primal movement patterns  and the return of the lost skills and movement patterns that evolution developed.  Modern living has decreased our access to these natural movement patterns so Tony can often be found running barefoot through the wilderness of west Auckland!
